Vessel Care™
is a comprehensive homocysteine formula that supplies optimal levels of folic acid, vitamins B12 B6, trimethylglycine,
and choline, nutrients known to support healthy homocysteine metabolism. This intensive blend features 5-formyl
tetrahydrofolate, an extremely unique form of folic acid that allows for excellent bioavailability. Completing
the formula are intrinsic factor, which promotes absorption of vitamin B12, and a patented form of zinc as a true
amino acid chelate for added support in maintaining healthy homocysteine levels and optimum cardiovascular health.
Homocysteine Regulation
Healthy homocysteine levels are associated with proper function
and health of the cardiovascular system, and various nutrients are necessary for its regulation. Maintaining a
balanced intake of critical micronutrients including folic acid, vitamins B6 and B12, and other nutrients needed
for proper enzyme activity, result in normal homocysteine metabolism and appropriate homocysteine blood levels,
