Our FREE shipping offer is available for orders delivered within the continental United States.  Alaska, Hawaii and International shipments may incur an additional shipping or handling fee.

We want to ensure that Heat Sensitive products arrive as fresh as possible.  We will assess an additional shipping and handling fee during months when high temperatures occur.  These fees help cover the price of special packaging and expedited shipping .

Standard shipping FREE!   All standard shipping orders are sent FREE via UPS Ground within the continental United States as an added bonus for you!  (Unless otherwise specified).

Shipping Policies
Upon acceptance of your order, confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48* hours of being placed. (when ordered Monday-Thursday). Friday orders confirmed by 11:00 a.m. PST may also be shipped that day. All orders after 11:00 a.m. will be shipped the following week., excluding holidays.

*Every effort will be made to ensure orders ship from our warehouse within 3-5 days (Excluding weekend orders). However, your order must be placed and your credit card authorized by 11 a.m. EST/EDT to be eligible to ship on the same day.

Customers MUST CALL to place an expedited order. We are not able to guarantee same day shipping.  A call to our customer service department will alert us of your needs and every effort will be made to work with you to expedite processing. (2nd or next day shipments).

UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

International Shipping
International shipping constitutes anything outside of the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. All international packages or orders with a PO Box address will be shipped Priority US Mail International. All rates are based on the United States Postal Service plus an $8.50 handling fee. International shipping charges on our Website are estimates only. Charges will be manually adjusted.. You will be notified by email prior to shipment of the actual shipping cost. Due to changes in postal policies both here in the US and Internationally, there can be as much as a 3 week delay in shipping times outside of the continental US. We also have been experiencing "lost" packages. Consequently we have had to institute a new International shipping policy. All International orders, once shipped from our facility, have a NO RETURN AND NO CANCELLATION POLICY.  Once the order has shipped from our facility we are not responsible for delays, damage or loss of merchandise.  ALL claims for damages or loss MUST be filed with the carrier. Please call us prior to placing your International if you have concerns or questions regarding this policy.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Delivery can take anywhere from one to seven working days, depending on your location. We Ship directly to you from our warehouse in Blue River, Oregon. Excluded from this time window are any packages that must be sent via a shipper other than UPS. In most cases, orders sent Priority US Mail can take anywhere from 5-10 working days.
