Orders that have received free or promotional shipping may be subject to actual shipping costs for both the original shipment to you and for the return shipment to Doctors Choice. Plus any special refrigeration costs incurred by Doctors Choice to ship the original package for heat sensitive products may also be deducted prior to refund.

Please be aware that shipping charges are not refundable. When receiving FREE or PROMOTIONAL shipping offers, Doctors Choice pays the actual cost of shipping for your order. We absorb the cost as a discount or bonus when you order product. However, when product is returned, these charges are charged back or become customer responsibility. Charges for all incurred shipping costs will be deducted prior to credit being issued.

PLEASE NOTE that products that require refrigeration or that are returned in any way damaged or not in a condition that allows resale, (i.e. returned without the special packaging, refrigeration, broken, etc.) will NOT be refunded or accepted. Doctors Choice reserves the right to charge full shipping price for a package to be reshipped a second time for refused or undeliverable packages.

All returns made without a return authorization or made past the 30 day guarantee may be refused for refund or a 15% restocking fee may be charged at the discretion of Doctors Choice Inc.
