selenium and natural source vitamin E, which work closely together to help
protect tissues against oxidative damage. Selenium functions in the body
as a component of the antioxidant enzyme glutathione peroxidase. Vitamin
E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect against free radical
damage to fatty substances within the body and may help modulate balanced
eicosanoid synthesis.
